Sophie Brendle PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Sophie is currently earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. She is completing her fourth and final rotation at Integral Physical Therapy and will graduate in April 2024. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology in 2021, also at Regis University. While earning her undergraduate degree, she had the opportunity to grow her experience and knowledge in exercise science through a variety of physical therapy and personal training internships, further solidifying her love for the human movement system and helping others pursue their own passion in health and wellness.
Sophie comes from a heavy exercise and sports background. She played soccer for a majority of my life, allowing me the opportunity to play for Regis University in her undergraduate years. Sophie’s athletic background and passion for exercise science led her to pursue physical therapy, and she is passionate about helping people pursue their healthiest and most active lifestyles through compassionate care.
Originally from Utah, she now lives in Denver where she enjoy spending time exploring the city and (of course) the mountains.
