Jarod Maxson 

Jarod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Movement Science in 2022 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jarod will graduate as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado - Anschutz in December 2024. Before starting as a Student Physical Therapist in Thornton, Jarod spent clinical rotations in rural Colorado outpatient orthopedics and acute care rehabilitation in Denver.

Jarod loves getting to know his patients and to understand their unique circumstances in order to cater care directed towards the patient. Jarod is intrigued to learn about efficient care and works to integrate physical therapy into everyday life.

Jarod is originally from Wausau, Wisconsin and moved to Colorado to attend Physical Therapy School. Since moving to Colorado Jarod has been able to enjoy golfing, disc golfing, skiing, cycling and hiking in the mountains. Jarod enjoys spending his free time with friends, attending sporting events, resistance training, golfing, trivia and cycling.
