Celia Velasquez-Ridley

Celia is a Florida native that fell in love with Colorado during her work with Americorps in Denver.  A graduate of Mariner High School and is currently pursuing an Associates of Spanish. She has goals of pursuing a Bachelors of Spanish with an interest in social work and being an interpreter. Through her experience volunteering with Catholic Charities and Habitat for Humanity she has found a love of helping others. Since childhood Celia has been an active individual through track and field and weightlifting. Sports have given her a deep respect for physical therapy. As an administrative assistant she hopes to use her skills to prioritize patients as they walk in and ensure they get a welcoming and caring experience.
